Returns & Exchange policy

Free 30-Day exchanges for U.S only. Sending your item back to us will be covered by us free of charge and shipment for receiving your new item back will also be covered. The returned items or exchanges must be undamaged and unwashed or show signs of usage.

Please email: support@happywhereiam.com  / Subject line: Return request. Body: order number, Your name, Email used, reason for return, number of items / Sizes and item condition. 

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY :

• For Exchanges: we provide a free shipping label. For store credit returns, It is the customers responsibility to cover shipping back to us. For international orders, we do not provide shipping labels for any returns or exchanges. 

• Returns and changes: Given store credit ONLY. Refunds to your payment method or cash is not an available option. 

• If the item is not in the condition we sent it, We have the right to reject the item for a return. For exchange eligibility, Items must be Unwashed, undamaged, and unworn condition along with tags still intact. Items will not be accepted if covered in hair of any sort, been washed, have fragrance (cologne/ perfume etc.) smell like smoke, have stains, or deodorant marks. The items must also be retuned in its original packaging for appropriate processing of your return or exchange. 

• Packages without proper identification inside (Customer name, email, packing slip, order number etc.) will not be approved for return or exchange. 

• If you have a balance remaining on your order,  you will required to and prompted prior to completing the return by paying off the balance before the return or exchange is unlocked. 

• For balances owed to customers, the amount will be returned via store credit after the return is processed.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing all returns and exchanges. Thank you so much for your patience!
