Our story & More

The spark!

Hi!! :) My name is Antonio, the founder of Happywhereiam.

In school, I battled with mental health feeling lonely and afraid. During my Jr. year in high school, suddenly I began experiencing mental health so badly that it caused me to drop out and isolate. I was lost and confused because what I experienced was never talked about and considered a sign weakness. I felt extremely vulnerable and afraid to seek help but thankfully I did. Since then, I decided to make a difference by shifting conversations surrounding mental health and remind people know that its okay to not be okay; This is what sparked Happywhereiam.

Thank you for reading my story. -Antonio

Where spreading happiness originated

In 2022,our mom died..

Antonio's mom Melissa, tragically passed away due to an aggressive type of cancer. She was the sweetest person ever, her life was filled with optimism and radiating happiness no matter life's circumstances. Every room she walked into, there was always a sense of comfort, love, and acceptance that filled the air. In honor of her, we are continuing her legacy of radiating positivity and spreading love for people around the world like she once did, even for complete strangers!

May you rest in peace Melissa <3
